If you use the Telegram bot: your Telegram chat id and the name/username Telegram provides, and the things you explicitly create in the bot — watchlist, setups, journal notes, position entries, preferences. If you join the website waitlist: your email address. Standard web server logs (IP, requested page, timestamp) are kept in limited rotation for security and traffic statistics.
We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties. We do not run third-party ads or trackers. We never see your broker accounts or money. Public pages show only exchange-disclosed information about market participants, never bot-user data.
Data is stored on our server in Mumbai, India, with routine encrypted-in- transit backups. Access is limited to the operator.
/stop halts all messages. To delete your bot data entirely, message @smrprobot with /stop and email us a deletion request — we remove your records from the live database within 30 days; residual copies in rotating backups expire within about five weeks. Waitlist emails are deleted on request.
