BhavRadar is an analytics and screening tool. It presents historical facts and statistics computed from publicly available exchange data (NSE bulk/block deal disclosures, bhavcopy, public feeds). It does not provide investment advice, research recommendations, tips, targets, or portfolio management. The operator is not a SEBI-registered Research Analyst or Investment Adviser. Nothing on this website, in the Telegram bot (@smrprobot), or in any channel or group post is a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security. You act entirely on your own judgement and at your own risk. Trading in securities involves risk of loss.
All data originates from public exchange sources and is processed automatically. We work hard to be accurate but provide the service "as is", without warranties of completeness, timeliness, or fitness for any purpose. Exchange data may itself contain errors or arrive late. Statistical summaries (for example forward-return records) are historical measurements with disclosed methodology and limitations — they say nothing about future outcomes.
Access is via Telegram. You may stop the service at any time with /stop. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service (automation, scraping, spam, attempts to breach quotas or security).
Core features are currently free. If and when paid plans launch, their price, features, billing cycle, and cancellation terms will be stated clearly at purchase, along with our refund policy. Paid plans buy convenience and capacity (delivery priority, limits, history) — never advice.
Our software, scorecard formats, and branding are ours. Public pages may be shared and quoted with attribution; bulk scraping or republication of the dataset is not permitted.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim (zero for free users). We are not liable for trading losses, data errors, or service interruptions.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Indian courts.
