BhavRadar's core features are currently free. No payments are collected today; the policy below applies from the day paid plans launch.
Paid subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from within the service. Cancellation stops future billing; access continues until the end of the already-paid period.
First-time subscribers may request a full refund within 7 days of their first payment, no questions asked — message @smrprobot or email us from the same identity used to subscribe. Renewal payments are refundable within 48 hours of the charge if the request precedes meaningful use in that cycle. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
Refunds are a fairness mechanism for the service purchase — they are not compensation for trading outcomes. BhavRadar is an analytics tool and does not provide investment advice; market losses are never grounds for refunds beyond the terms above.
